McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

Any federal AWS solutions architect working for Deloitte? How is the hiring process, especially for those that do not have hands on cloud experience? I’m getting a feeling there’s more focus on expanding work with experienced hires and less on growing people who have potential and related skills.
Does novartis paused hiring ? I have completed all my rounds and have been waiting for an offer to roll out. But the recruitment team is saying hiring is on hold as review meetings are going we don't know when they will start it. Does anyone know when will they resume hiring process again.

Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

I'd recommend going for a couple of reasons. First, you might have your mind changed. Second, you could make a worthwhile connection for down the road. Last, if nothing else, it's practice.

Agree with ACD1. You must have been at least a little curious if you decided to send the agency your book, right?
Even if the first contact was a recruiter, if they want to see me face to face, I always take the meeting. I’ve met a lot of great people that way. And from a hiring standpoint, I’ve recommended people to other agencies if I liked their work but they weren’t a good fit for me. Always go
This recently happened to me. Had no interest in the agency where I was interviewing, but went anyway. Came out of the interview absolutely stoked on the place, and ended up getting an offer. You never know...
