Slightly confused about the levels of wages. As a 2nd year associate at a big 4 firm, Im assuming I’m considered to be entry level or slightly higher. Is my salary requirement pegged to all consultants in my geographical region then?

How are the technical rounds on a quotient of 1-10(1 being very less and 10 being extremely technical)?
Should I prepare for something specifically?

And what is the current package provided by Salesforce for the same position?

Currently in Interview process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

i) what is the precise path to partnership after director? Is it true that typically once someone is promoted to MD, that you’re generally not on the path to partner? Ive seen MD’s make partner and ive seen directors make partner. What is the difference in these paths and why?

Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. My DOJ with PWC AC Bangalore is in the first week of April 2022 as per Offer Letter. YESTERDAY evening I have received an E-Mail stating my DOJ is changed to 03-Mar-2022 which is TODAY. I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

Anyone on H1 quit and taken a year off? Planning to transfer to H4, and then start looking after a year. Current H1 is valid for another 2 years. Suggestion/experience welcomed!
