Well maybe mind your own business
Definitely leave it alone. If they aren’t messing things up for you or the attorneys you work under, then not your problem. Plus, based on your law clerk title, you may not be the right person to make waves about staff issues. In addition, if the person is on methandone treatment, then it’s possible that management knows there is/was an opioids problem and is accommodating pursuant to ADA/your state’s disability laws. Don’t mess with it.

Leave the dope fiend be so long as she can do the job.
Yes mind your own business. This is management’s problem.

But do you keeps one in the chamber? I’m ponderin’…
Wtf why would you care/ get involved
Mind your business. There are people that need to take narcotics for medical conditions. Complaining about the receptionist’s voice is not going to gain you any friends.
Stay in your own lane.
I have to clarify for anyone who hasn’t heard it before, it’s VERY recognizable sound, very specific to opioids. Cold or no cold. So please don’t answer, “well maybe she has a cold.”

If it's affecting you and the job, then yes. I worked with a guy, an attorney, who was very obviously doing ❄️ and it was affecting me and the job. I said something, he got fired and the palce was much happier
I honestly do not like to look the other way. If someone needs to be held accountable, I like to hold myself to the standard of holding others accountable, because I hold myself accountable when it's necessary so I believe in holding others accountable when it is also necessary.
my own perspective 😉
Speaking as someone quite familiar with Baltimore..."Mind your own, Hun." Seriously.
