So I had a mid year discussion with my Manager , I am expecting to get promoted by this year end. Currently a Consultant since last 2.3 years with a total yoe 7.3. Is there a likelihood of this happening? Manager didn’t give me an affirmative.

I am having 2.5 years experience in the IT sector on vision plus as a software engineer (before joining the bank).
