AFS - if I do my self input on my FY22 goals and submit to manager for a review this week since my project ended, what do I do in May when I have a different project? Will the same fy22 form get submitted with me adding more self input to it or do I make a different copy of that original form and reconcile somehow?Accenture

If you have your PMP, was it worth it?
I’m in between projects. I have been for a while now. So if anyone is looking for a freelance copy and u/x writer, put me in coach! I’m available to work.
Check out my portfolio and let me know if we’re a good profit match.

I’m also open to feedback on my portfolio. Thanks!

It’ll be a whole new bullet point on your resume and could help qualify you for a better paying job at a different company down the road!
Well explained!
I’ve been there before and it would be a great learning experience for you. I would suggest jotting down things you’ve done so you can use it as a talking point to your manager when it’s time for promotions.
I understand what you’re saying, but you have to take opportunities like this to get promoted. If you „act your wage”, it’s not going to happen, especially in an entry level position.
+1 for Google, AND now there’s Chat GPT. Worth the subscription cost to get GPT 4 and then use it to brainstorm. I’ve found it so helpful in coming up with a rough project plan when I’m working on something that’s new to me, and then I take the draft and build on it through additional research and discovery work with stakeholders.
You can do this!
You have to think about the cost vs benefit. If you’re the only person in your role, wearing a lot of hats is typical. If you feel comfortable asking for a raise because this is out of your agreed scope you can always ask to have the discussion. If not think about it this way, you can do the project so you can get the experience and learn the skill which may not gain you anything in the immediate future, but would be a great project to highlight in your resume. And being willing to do it does look good to your leadership team and could benefit you in the long run if you aren’t planning on leaving any time soon. The only decision I would advise against is just flat out refusing to do it without discussing your thought process.
Out of curiosity, what software are you looking at? Is it a matter of swapping cloud servers (Sharepoint to Box) or are you looking at going to a DAM/CRM?
Thanks! I’ll look into this.
