Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). I tried following up thrice after, no response.
