That's awesome! Good for you. I'm going to keep up with my 10k steps a day, and start adding more consistent strength training. I follow a few influencers on IG so I'm thinking that I will either subscribe to one of their programs or create some kind of combo of their workouts

That's a dope health goal, wishing you all the best. I want to get back to the gym. I had a great gym routine going at the start of the year but somehow got overly consumed with work. My main goal is toning but I welcome all the gains I'll get along the way. My water intake has been abysmal so that's something I'm also looking forward to fixing.

I try to keep my water bottle with me as I work the room. Or I try to give myself the excuse to go to my desk for a few minutes to take a few sips. I'll be the first to admit that I don't get enough water throughout the day most of the time.
A friend of mine told me she is making New Year's Intentions instead of resolutions because they are easier to keep. I might try that. My New Year's Intentions are to be more positive, exercise daily even if it's only 30 minutes a day. I'm going to try learning something new every month.

Ahhhh, I like the New Year Intentions idea. I also plan to add at least 30 minutes of some type of exercise each day.
Healthy stress management and learning more about proper nutrition are my goals. Last year, I lost 22 pounds. I don’t want to gain it back! I want to eat healthier foods and continue to use yoga and activities in nature to help manage stress.
