So there is no concept of annual hike in Infosys for laterals? Unless you complete the progression promotion cycle which can take 4 years?

How much should a TV producer be paid a year? I've been working as a digital producer for 2 years now and I've been traveling for the last 4 years, so I'm not sure what would be a fair payment in the US for a TV producer. Any comment will be extremely helpful.

I can see a non solicitation clause in my current employer's offer letter than I can't join client within 12 months of my termination.
