1. They have now removed the 30k work from home one time settlement for those who joined after 22nd April 2024.

2. Internet allowance reduced from 3500 pm to 1500 pm

3. Certificate reimbursement is still there but available to those who completed 1 year in office.

There were also news of layoff in US , there is no layoff in India.

I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9. I will join EY this June and just wondering if this is ok in terms of the independence rule. I guess the apartment will put my deposit in some sort of funds. Anyone with EY has experience?
