Hi Google - I am requesting guidance!
I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?

Wearing to work today

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

It goes without saying that the person who made the mess should clean it up. But there are a lot of characters in the business world today who pride themselves on being rude and not giving a damn about anyone else. If you're told to clean up the microwave and it's not part of your job, you should let your manager know you don't appreciate being treated as the janitor. Maybe your manager can offer remedial training in how to live in polite society? Just a suggestion.
Nope, not too much to ask. I’m an admin, not the office mom. But somehow, I always end up doing the tasks that no one else bothers with.
I give things in the office break room a wipe down often. Light maintenance, when it comes to actual messes though, those should be handled by the person that made them. Cleaning up after yourselves is a basic thing to do. Slippery slope for people to just think leaving their mess everywhere is appropriate.
