What made them say that women in leadership act like men? I am curious to know which part looked like that. I think some people will only accept their traditional ways, so doesn't;t matter what we do, they see what they want to see.

I wouldn't say so at all! The woman leader in our team is a proper girly girl, but she is so good at her job that everyone has crazy respect for her. She listens to Taylor Swift 24/7 and has a pink sparkly bottle :D So I guess it depends where you work, my place is full of young, very kind hearted people so gender makes no difference

I am saying in my office gender makes no difference, not in general. Everyone is kind and inclusive at my place! I have got lucky. Depends on the personality of the men that are there, hard to find a good bunch

I would say there’s an unconscious bias in older generations that only male qualities are successful in leadership. However, I like to think that we’re evolving past that. I personally know several feminine women in leadership who are successful without having to fit into a male mold.
