How do you detach from work? I’m wired at this point to be so attached that even when I’m off I’m super stressed out, and have to look at emails and keep up or else I get severe anxiety. Anybody?

Since its been nice outside, I’ve been taking a lot of walks. Even if it’s a 10 min walk in my neighborhood while I sip my coffee, it’s a huge stress reliever. Also I like reading in bed and lighting candles. I will say I haven’t figured out how to completely detach. I still have bad anxiety even on the weekends (well I do have to work weekends) so trying to figure it out myself.

Good Morning Everyone. I need some product recommendations please. Does anyone have a good carpet cleaner that they can comment on? I used to have a mini spot cleaner, but at this point I really need something I can do the entire carpet since our paralyzed Corgi now only uses carpeted surfaces and I'm sure with her dragging her paws outside, there's plenty of dirt (and other things) most likely ingrained in the carpet. Might be the wrong bowl but finding it extremely difficult to focus on work post busy season. It’s been 2 weeks since we filed and I’m still taking lots of naps and breaks (I’m talking like 3-4 cumulative hrs worked during the day). Idk if I’m taking longer to recover from busy season bc I’m getting old or if I’m over public accounting (but then where do i go). Tried to schedule time with a therapist but everyone has a months-long waitlist so next step might be trying to find a life/career coach
