Since its been nice outside, I’ve been taking a lot of walks. Even if it’s a 10 min walk in my neighborhood while I sip my coffee, it’s a huge stress reliever. Also I like reading in bed and lighting candles. I will say I haven’t figured out how to completely detach. I still have bad anxiety even on the weekends (well I do have to work weekends) so trying to figure it out myself.
