The ease of scheduling. Maybe it's just where I live, but I swear every time I need to schedule a doctor or dentist appointment, I'm looking at a multi-week wait before I can get in.
I wish I could have experienced house calls. I’d like to see longer patient visits, getting to build a relationship over time. Doctors are so pushed to rush through it’s hurting us on both sides.
I miss how easy it was to schedule patients. Back when we used to call them, people actually picked up cause it was the only form of communication. I hate all these tech and AI changes.

Some people wish healthcare still allowed more personalised care models like home visits. Access and convenience remain ongoing challenges in many systems.
Pro
Longer visits without the pressure to go go go.

I totally agree with everyone. Those really were the good old days, even though it's a cliché, it's true. Of course, there were bad things too, but I'd say there was less stress.

After reading some of the comments talking about being rushed, I would agree with that. I count myself lucky that my general practitioner does not do that. He will spend all the time you need, and he never acts like he is in a hurry. It doesn't hurt that he graduated high school with my brother's wife and is a family friend that way.
