Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA
Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

My barber is a good friend from school. He started out at a tech college, managed to get into a high end salon in London where he moved up through the levels. He left regular shop work as he established an agency that does cuts for shoots and events. Pretty sure he’s easily taking in over a Big4 Director salary.
It’s hard work though to build the client book, getting your name known in the industry, but lots of scope to expand into other ventures. Not a job to be sniffed at.
Seems like he hustled too hard and went by the books. Could have just put a cash only sign on the door and got to that salary.
