I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

The CRM or ATS is the least of your worries in any role.
Honestly, your brain just starts making associations with where everything is and after a few weeks you’re a pro with whatever you’re using.

I really struggled with data when I changed over from Salesforce to greenhouse. I’m neurodivergent so these things can take a while
Yes, it’s clunky for sure, but I found it easier to use than Oracle and iCIMS. It was my first system to use as a recruiter and I picked it up quickly.
It’s been a while since I’ve used bullhorn and it is a little clunky (greenhouse is, in my experience, the easiest to use) but you’ll pick it up pretty quickly. I still would prefer bullhorn over taleo or icims
I thought I hated Invenias... and was told that Bullhorn sucked even more and was the reason the company went to Invenias .... (Bullhorn later acquired them though lol). We even custom engineered our own Salesforce for our company bc we were so frustrated with glitches, support response...but honestly and more realistically, it was simply annoying having to wait a few extra seconds more than ideal and putting WAYYYY too much junk in it and not enough time to cleanse. I also have had experience with Loxo after that.
Looking back, I think I'd gladly go back to a Bullhorn platform. End of day, they're all relatively the same... Learn how to work them, or else it won't work.
Clunky yes but similar enough to salesforce - I went from Salesforce to a new job using bullhorn and now back to salesforce - pretty easy transition back and forth, just depends on how your company sets it up

The company should be sensitive to the fact that people learn differently and at different speeds, that is what training is for, but if you're concerned about it, take out some time ahead of starting your new role to review some training videos on Bullhorn so you are already familiar with some of the issues and maybe it will help you get a running start with the transition.
