I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

35M. Friend zoned after one date. What am I doing wrong? I met her at a baby shower. We talked/text regular for about a month or so because I was traveling for work. Looking to buy my fiancé the Speedmaster Racing current edition as an engagement watch. It’s listed as $8,750 on Omega’s website; Geneva Seal (in Chi where we live) quoted me $8,200 all-in & they’ll cover tax; my jeweler knows a watch broker in NY who quoted me $8,250. I’m not at all familiar with this process so 1) can anyone recommend a better venue for this purchase? 2) are any of the quotes I’ve gotten so far good? (My friend’s watch guy said brokers can get Omegas up to 36% off retail?)
