Stick it out for another year or leave? 3.5 years out of law school. 2 years at one govt job. 1.5 years at another govt job - this current job offered promotion and raise over a year ago but didn’t deliver. Feeling undervalued and underpaid on top of under appreciated. It’s in a niche area of real estate finance I worked hard to break into and I’m afraid if I leave, it’ll be hard to get back into it later, but my mental health hasn’t been so good and I feel like I’m being strung along.
