Looking for some honest advice. Considering an offer with SocGen B’lore for Specialist Software Engineer position with 5.5 years exp and into Tech service management. Could you please tell me a bit about following points?
- 25% of the compensation(5Lakhs) is Variable. Does company even pay 60% of it at the end of the year if you perform say 4/5 rating?
- What is an average annual hike that the firm gives?
- How is the work culture and LGBTQ inclusionpolicy? Société Générale

I think the obvious distinction is that you don’t have all major western countries backing and arming Iran, people don’t need to be educated that the regime is bad, whereas Israel has immense backing and acceptance. Also thousands of Iranians have died due to American sanctions, so let’s not pretend the US cares about the lives of Iranian protesters, they’re just excited at the prospect of being able to take control of the country by installing a puppet leader
US/IS ‘s expectations of a rationals leader is - weak, subservient, can’t hold them accountable if they infringe on their sovereignty, can be easily exploited. Leadership can be tough with external actors and be benevolent with their people at the same time (Not saying this current Iran gov is).
If anyone really wanted to give a real shot at democracy, they would level them hell alone and sort out their differences.

The situation may be drastic there but the picture portrayed is def biased and fake. I guess people just don’t believe the propaganda that much
It’s horrible whats happening in Iran, and hopefully this regime will be removed very soon.
But also I think a lot of the middle eastern fish here are not from Iran, so wont be as vocal. Palestine is closer culturally and geographically to arabs.
