I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. Should you add your credentials in your email signature? Would love to hear your thoughts. I have an MBA mentioned in mine and I’ve heard mixed feedback about it on the internet. I value my education, also, they paid for my MBA so obviously they want employees to have one.

Since working in Wealth Management the most consistent advice I’ve received is “Don’t burn bridges” because apparently in WM people firm hop all the time, so you are likely to work with them again at some point.
