Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Got an offer for 120k in industry.

Currently a C at Deloitte making 89k, up for promotion to SC. Spoke to my PPMD and was offered a 20k retention bonus and they mentioned I’d be getting double digit bonus once promoted.

What’s the common process for when a client offering you a job at the end of the project? Do you still have to go through interviews and stuffs like a normal application or the client would just send you an offer?
