Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??
Have a 4 round loop interview for Sr. Product Manager at Amazon coming up through the MBA pathways program soon.
If I land it the trajectory of my life and that of my family changes but I'm starting to feel the pressure. I haven't had a lot of traction for job searching since I graduated in December so this is the best lead I have and I'm getting scared now.

Do you have a mentor? I’ve been in clinical research for nearly 20 years, largely running RCTs with some device experience. When I began my career, it was essential to have my peer group for collaborative learning and mentors. With the focus on the tech component, the basics of clinical research can get lost which provide the framework irrespective of investigational product, device, delivery method, etc. Given you are an experienced healthcare provider, I’m confident the learning curve will be short. I’d focus on the basics of clinical research and the scientific method which inform statistical analysis that ultimately drive data analysis of large datasets. The rest will come naturally.
Again great advice and now that she’s brought it to my attention I’m gonna be more aware I think what I’ll do is start spending time actually reading my notes kind of like I’m studying for a test in my freshman year
