I just left Deloitte in a similar position. I gave a month's notice and it still wasn't enough. The engagement partner didn't even say goodbye to me lol. The client understood that at the end of the day the firm didn't appreciate what I did and was supportive of my decision to leave. Don't burn any bridges out the door, continue to deliver while you're able to and put together a transition deck for your replacement. Do remember to list what critical activities are due in the next couple weeks. If your old employer decides to end your time early it's out of your control. Also, be firm about your decision to leave otherwise you will get suckered into staying with your current firm.
What service line and group are you moving into at EY?
OP, I hope you did the transition, as employers would replace u the following day incase the client canceled thwir project.
