Talking through salary for a Talent Manager role at one of the Big Firms (McKinsey, Bain or BCG) over seeing specialized strategy and managing a team of 2. I feel the number they gave me is very low...not even six-figures. What would the average salary be for something like this?

What is expected of an associate in FDD? Especially when there is no senior on the team. Would I be acting senior? How can I better help the team with my limited experience? I just transferred from Audit to FDD.

I spent a year in tax investigations where I believe I was thriving ( I was going to be an assistant manager in July 2023), I had a lot of assistant manager jobs, I even drafted a Code 9 report to HMRC which my manager said was 80% of an actual report, he then added the 20% and submitted it.
After I realised I couldn't maintain all the unpaid overtime I was working I decided to take a turn and go to compliance, so now I work in CT compliance. I feel very surpressed.

Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise. Was interested if anyone had insight into whether a jump to their M&A or PE groups would be possible.
