I've completed 6 years in TCS this month. Now I'm being offered an on-site opportunity in Berlin, Germany. My preference is France as my to-be spouse lives there. Should I accept the offer and search for jobs in France while staying in Germany because I'll be having a visa to provide me with an edge, or it won't be fruitful as the visa is completely dependent on my tenure in Germany?

It’s been more than 2 months I haven’t received resignation acceptance email or got my LWD confirmed.Also not able to see anything inside Ultimatix>iTalent>myBox.Please let me know if this is normal in TCS or are there any chances due to these kinds of delays by HR my notice period will get extended?Really worried about this.Worst resignation process and policies here.

I have completed 1 year at TCS as a Asst System engineer . I have been assigned SAP project. That is not relevant to what I have studied in my curriculum. I have made projects on django, spring boot and data analytics. I want to switch to better organization working on development with latest technology. But i am not able to give time for my preparation, as i am working on dev project, it eats my day. I am feeling stuck and helpless working on SAP. Can anyone suggest me approch to deal with it

People who're negotiating with TCS HR. Please remember the following. 1.Offers are mostly non negotiable
2.They have strict 30-40% hike only.
3.If you ask more, they will say, I will get back to you and you wont get anymore calls. Be careful.
4.They have bands fixed like 4-6 yrs ITA and so on
Either take the offer and look out for another company or accept the offer if you need TCS somehow. Thiis my personal experience and also from this forum discussions.
