I couldn’t get an internship while in school. I have a BS in ME and projects from school under my belt. I’ve also passed the FE exam. I am looking for a job and already on NP. Holding an offer of 23.5 LPA fixed and current CTC is 17 LPA fixed. Am I still under paid? And how much would a realistic target CTC for 9 YOE in .Net Full-stack?

I'm in monaqo since 5yrs, I just got promoted with 52% hike from 12.5LPA to 19LPA(18Fix,1V) and increased NP to 90D from 45D. Every year I get hike betwn 20-25%.
Now got offer from freshmenu(product based) giving only 25% hike(24Fix,0V) but ready to wait 90D NP. They are saying - I already got good hike, no budget, your NP is high and we are considering only fixed part.
So in dilemma to stay for yearly hike or to leave because of 90D NP which will make difficult to get another job

But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
