As if in worst case they send legal notice for the same (one of my friends got a notice after 1 year)
You can send the response to the notice with email proofs. That is enough, you can also file complaint back with all this proofs.
In 99% cases they won't go legal.

How you got fnf, if you were never associated with TechM?
I got offer letter from them, joined onboarding call, got to know its BPS instead of IT. Then asked to cancel my candidature.
Nothing will happen, it's just that you cannot join TechM again. You don't have to worry about their emails or calls unless you wanted to join TechM sometime in future.

I joined the onboarding call, during onboarding call they mentioned something else, hence I asked them not to proceed things further.
So you are saying after onboarding call from techm, the next day you joined another company?
Before that tech M didn't mention anything about this.
Since you joined on boarding call.. it means you onboarded..but let fnf be negative.. what's in it for you. Did they send any legal notice asking you to pay? Normally they do not do that and fnf is just automatic system calculation.

I have shared most Documents, Aadhar back copy was only I missed to share, and later didn't share after call. But yes for now I am going to ignore. I have already spoken with HRs earlier though, they said it will be for your exit from system. They didn't mention about this much amount.
Since you have joined the onboarding call that means technically you have joined organisation. Please talk to HR politely and discuss your situation.

Please check whether there is a probation period in Techm or not. As far as I know in probation period you need to serve 1 month notice period..
So have you received any further mails from them or did you had to pay the amount?
No emails after that, all were system generated. I didn't pay any amount.
what happen bro, any issue arose from techM?
