Telco PMs, how do you call that type of project in which you manage the End-To-End deployment? I mean from planning the electric connections for a servers rack, engineering the network, the cabling and devices installation, setting up the link (and everything in between)?

English is not my first language and I'm having trouble coming up with what we call "Llave en Mano" in Spanish... or is it just End-To-End? My mind is fried and is only Wednesday.

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).

I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Any interview tips for Project Manager roles in software development? I was moved to this role about 2 years ago and soon looking to jump to another company, but unsure of what to focus on talking about. I’ve tested the waters and the feedback from one interviewer who was generous enough to provide it was that I made myself sound like a technologist rather than a PM because I was too focused on the product and it’s details instead of the project management details.
