Hi All! Looking for some advice. I am a manager a country club but I do everything. I’m in charge of outside events and member events, in charge of the front of house staff, scheduling, ordering and membership sales for the club. I feel I am very underpaid at $45k. I do get commission but it’s very low ($10k give or take for the year). I work 6/7 days a week sometimes 10+ hrs/day. I’ve been researching salaries to be able to negotiate higher pay. I want to ask for $60k-is this reasonable?

Hi! I have recently started working with a SaaS based company as a program coordinator co-op. I graduated last month and I am actively looking to get a full-time job soon. Any interview tips for Project Manager roles in software development? I was moved to this role about 2 years ago and soon looking to jump to another company, but unsure of what to focus on talking about. I’ve tested the waters and the feedback from one interviewer who was generous enough to provide it was that I made myself sound like a technologist rather than a PM because I was too focused on the product and it’s details instead of the project management details.

I am interviewing for a new position as a Senior Program Manager and I need to give a salary (I have asked for range but they won’t give it). I have 15+ years experience (PMP/CSM). This would be a for profit, international company. I am curious what others are being compensated at for this title (base, bonus structure)?

Any recommendations for executive product management programs that might help transitioning from tech program management (engg experience too) to a product manager role.
