What would be a typical equivalent for a principal engagement manager role at AWS, when compared with consulting titles?

Is it similar to engagement manager or a bit more senior? The word principal is throwing me off :)

Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Most likely i am going to get more 35 LPA but Shall I negotiate for 40 LPA else should not join ? Is 40 LPA is good or very high ? Plz advice. Thanks.

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?

I am an Operations Manager and trying to switch to Product Management through APM roles. I have done a 3 month fellowship and 2 projects.
I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. What is the best way to bag a APM role with just one year work ex in pperations role. Will an internship help?
