Turns out a digital media wrote me to have permission to use my picture, and when I said yes, they said they were looking for some other picture because I had already given permission to the competitors, which I didn't.
They just posted it without asking me, letting me know, or even mentioning my credits. Is this legal?

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year. My main goal with this is to ensure this looks good on my CV. My thought is a Product Manager role seems more senior to a product owner. Any thoughts on this and any advice on how to approach this? Assuming the following holds tomorrow, I expect we will get a call of AZ around 11:15am ET, and NV and PA around 12:15pm ET.

AZ: next batch of Maricopa ballots 55% or less for Trump
NV: Biden wins >60% of next batch of ballots in Clark County
PA: Biden extends lead beyond 35K ballots

My intuition is that the networks want to call all three to provide extra margin for error given the stakes and fine margins.
