Had several individual & 5 joint discussions with HRs and project mgmt upto Dlvry Prtnr. Follow up mails copying Sub ISU (RMG,HR & Unit) Heads. Every time I was given a new date (3 mnth) for discussion, giving reason project not in a stable condition & ban on release from Unit Head. Both location RMG approvd, supervisor rejectd rqst on GESS. pls hlp

Conflicts check question: how much detail will I need to provide to (hopefully) new firm? I’ve been at the same place for a decade…so many transactions over the years! It will be easy enough to gather info by client matter number, but that doesn’t capture sub-entities and/or any other specifics.

I’ve just passed the final interview for a Business Development Manager position for SaltPay, UK. Does anyone know of the commission structure, KPI’s etc to expect? Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I have below offers in Hyderabad, current salary(with 10% var) 13.25, YOE 6.3Y, .Net Fullstack developer

Basic 8.2 L

Reimbursement component 44K

PF 8202 + 8202 = 16404

Yearly gratuity

Base + 10% variable = 22.5 LPA

CreditSafe

Basic 8.24 L

Reimbursement component 3.18L

PF 1800 + 1800 = 3600

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?
