That was the beginning, or perhaps, the ‘middle’ of the end. Major account losses and agency errors occurred before that email. Losing Chevy in 2010, then USPS, Navy, Cadillac, etc. All while leaving their building to enter into a pricy lease in Ford Field. But the email did accelerate the downward spiral creating three more account losses. That’s when I lost my job there after 17 years. I always hoped they’d make a comeback, very sad.
