Need some advice here. I am a fullstack developer with 5 yoe in Angular and Python. My aim is to crack FAANG companies. Now I got an offer from HSBC in a credit risk model monitoring role using Python. It is close to a data engineer role.
My question is that will it be a good idea to shift from development role to a model monitoring role if I want to move to FAANG in the future?Or does FAANG not prefer people who are not in core development roles?Amazon Microsoft Google Adobe PwC EY Citi Barclays JPMorgan Chase

When I tell you I absolutely loved that show. I told anyone who would listen and they watched it too and thought the same. It was such a great show.
The Pitt was awesome. Severance is ...an interesting concept, but kind of slow, and I guess from working in corporate Healthcare for all these years , I found it very predictable.

I wish I had that skill, I can’t predict endings at all!
I'm so out of it, I haven't seen either one yet. I just got caught up on The Morning Show, which is coming back. I'm curious about Severance but people I know have made it sound like an ordeal to watch, so I'm just not in the mood for it now.

Yes my husband refuses to watch Severance because he says life is stressful enough 😂 I enjoyed it but The Pitt spoke to my soul.
I mean, I kind of agree with what people are saying. The Pitt is good but Severance is SO good. Probably my favorite show on television right now and it's not even close.
Reading this makes me feel like I've been living under a rock 😂. I've heard of Severance but not The Pitt. Worth checking out?

Yes! There are 15 episodes and each episode represents one hour in the ED. It’s very well done.
I’m wondering how this is applicable to employment or is it common to get on a job search platform and talk about the latest streaming fad?
It’s not harmful, but I’m struggling to understand the phenomenon of wanting to discuss with random strangers.

Because we are humans and not robots. The Pitt makes healthcare workers feel seen. Katherine LaNasa won an Emmy because she portrays nursing so well. We work in a profession where a lot of folks are burning out and this is where we can find community. The description of this bowl says that this is where nurses support each other, it doesn’t say anything about restricting posts to job searching only.

I feel like I know nothing ! lol
They're both great and both deserved to win. But this is winning, not participation trophies.
