The Residency Match system is basically legalized indentured servitude and I don't understand why we accept it as normal. You spend a fortune on education only to be placed in a city you didn't choose, working 80 hours a week for less than minimum wage when you do the math. If any other industry tried this, there would be a massive labor strike within a week. Why is this ok in our industry?
