How do you deal with a passive aggressive supervisor who regularly points fingers and throws people under the bus?

@ PE folks, do you think it’s weird if a new member of your Big Law team of lawyers sends you a LinkedIn request as soon as she starts working with you? Is it less weird if I wait?

(The confession is that I eventually want to go in-house at this PE firm, so I want them to like me 😅)

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
