What is a feasible average number of FTE’s one can deploy on average within 5 years as an associate director of bizdev? I’ve been led to believe that one can sit around 450k per year in this position, but I’d like to confirm the validity of this claim. I understand the commission structure enough to calculate expected salaries if I can get the annual average FTE deployed number right. TIA

I’ve been verbally offered a position at a new company, but the recruiter insists on getting a verbal acceptance before sending the offer in writing. This person insists on negotiating salary before sending the paperwork. Generic benefits, RSUs, bonus info have been provided; it’s all unofficial.
