Right I’m convinced
Yes! Meanwhile, I’m apologizing the whole time for something I have no control over. If I could get a consistently working device, it would be amazing how much I could get done!
I feel that, apologizing nonstop for something out of your hands gets old fast. A reliable system would change everything.

All the time. It's amazing anything gets done with the legacy software issues and outdated systems we have at retail.
Not nearly as annoying (which might make it worse, in the "death by a thousand papercuts" manner) is that our system times out and goes into rest mode if not touched in some (too short) amount of time. And the number of times it times out JUST AS I am reaching for the keyboard is truly incredible, ;)
Ugh, the timing out thing is the worst 😂

Right?? Feels like I should hear that screech every time it freezes!
