There’s constant pressure to keep learning in tech and I sometimes feel guilty when I choose rest over another course or certification. I’m so burnt out. Idk if the mental toll of doing everything I can is worse than the mental toll of resting.

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group.
