I feel like every project brings on a new challenge, so it's ahrd to pick one thing I've enjoyed most. But what 's most consistently enjoyable is seeing creative ideas come to life and directly impact both the brand and its audience. Also collaborating with diverse teams, design, sales, product etc and watching the results of campaigns unfold is incredibly rewarding.
It used to be the creative side of things. Now that I'm more experienced, I've started to fall in love with the planning/strategy phase that guides creative direction. Architecting a campaign roadmap is both tedious and incredibly satisfying.
Yes, there are constant challenges of finding the right people to help them out of their situations. These are the challenges I love!

I’m a little older now and lead my own team. I like growing my staff and passing on my experiences.
My favorite is probably the constant learning. I work agency side and having so many different clients can be tedious, but it also allows me to learn about industries I may not have otherwise
No doubt it can be a brutal game. I do feel like there’s no better feeling in the world professionally than seeing your work, or work your contributed to out in the world.
