I am rigorously looking for a job from past few months and tried applying many opportunities i came across, but everywhere I receive is Rejection or No response at all. I am not sure what needs to be added to my profile to get more attention or is it really something because of my Notice period which is 90 days at HCL.

It’s a good thing clear communication isn’t a part of your job.
No single executive is the antithesis of creativity. It died off when it lost all value to clients and agencies couldn’t get out of their own ways to monetize it.
I don’t work at WPP. But I’m pretty sure anybody but Mark Read at this point will be good for the network.
Her success is going to be inextricably linked to the efforts of everyone who works there. Some will push harder, some will stonewall. Would just be nice to see some kind of change and success in this industry. Cuz it’s looking real bleak everywhere.
We’re seeing it in many companies. Many execs/c-suite just like Mark slept walked their way into the AI grift and used their workforce as fodder.
