It’d be a struggle without a class cut. As someone who has done both registered and private funds, it’s really not a simple pivot. You would need some time to get used to the different documents and relevant laws/regs
Ah too bad! I know it’s quite a different skillset but I hoped close enough that I could make it work with some ramp up. But I guess it’s worth it in the long run.

Prob would need a 1 yr class cut but if it’s what you want to do, it’s worth it
Agree with A4. I’ve done both as a junior and now only do PF. It’s a larger difference than you think especially as you become more of a midlevel.
