I am currently interviewing with Microsoft for Product Manager Role and have completed 3 rounds.

I am unaware of the 3rd round results as HR is OOO and has some medical Emergency at home. What should I do now ? I am getting nervous day by day.

Also what will be the Salary range for a Product Manager at Microsoft

I am debating if it’s safe to keep in the exchange or is there a better way perhaps moving from cold storage to exchange every time ? I know the transaction fee is a killer . Thoughts ?
