Have heard a lot for different opinions on these. The logic is that it’s easier because there is a lot of supply in cities like NY, Chicago and SF, but the counter argument is that the offices with less supply are also way smaller and have a lot less demand.

I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

That's hilarious, and so accurate. The people I do meetings with have gotten better, in all fairness. In a funny way, I sometimes miss the days of the pandemic when some meetings were mostly people trying to figure it all out. The chaos could be charming in a weird way.
HAHAHAHAH this made me scream because it is too real. I hate having to get on Zoom for meetings because most of the time it could have been an email and cuts into way too much of my day.

Lol yeah I have had the same issues with teams and webex but sometimes I "can't" hear on purpose because I just don't want to talk to that person.
