I loved the Novartis breast cancer one. I’m a woman and my thought process went in real time from ‘WHAT am I watching’ to ‘need to schedule mammogram’
What is?
Thank goodness I’m not the only one that feels like clients are the ones controlling EVERYTHING these days. Aren’t we supposed to be the experts here?? Smh 🤦🏼♀️
Tubi's fleshy cowboy hat and the breast cancer early screening spot were some of the coolest/smartest SB ads I've seen in years.
Sloths. 🫶
can't believe refreshment was a tease for... that
Says the guy from the sidelines.
I really loved the Novartis one. It really got the men looking and wondering what the ad was for. People were guessing. A lot of the guys watching though it would be another beer ad, but turns out it was breast cancer.
Best I saw was Nike and Google. Too here but would’ve been high/ mid tier a decade ago
The clients stopped caring about ideas and the agencies stopped caring about their clients.
You said this last year.
Nike, Bud, Stella, Uber…top 10 any given year. Some other stuff, yes. As bad as I’ve ever seen.
Stella was so bad. Except for the affleck joke
The Reese's "don't eat a volcano" made me laugh.
Wait till next year
Agree, it was pretty bad overall.
Remarkably average.
Totinos
Uber Eats
Novartis breast cancer spot
Bud light
Square space were all standouts
Couple of unofficial ones too
RIP Chazmo
I might not have, but I know Ben Affleck’s mom enjoyed his spot.
Instacart and Lays were a couple of my favorites.
It’s hard enough to do a 300k Hulu pre roll commercial without everyone living in fear and delivering the usual slop. Can’t imagine the yes men along the way to spending 7-10M.
