This org doesn't have long term projects now. You will be finding project every 3-5 months. You can not say no to anything otherwise you will be released from project earlier with poor ratings. Zero work life balance. Leave asap

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp. So that is the first reason and no new tech learning and project change happening with me. Also in last cycle they didn't give good rating bcoz i was asking for new project ..??
So is sept is good time to drop paper at infy.... Should I dropped or wait ??
