Those u recently got offer letter from IBM, ISL. I got the offer letter with joining date as 19th February 2025. But my recruiter told me that due to system mismatch its actually 14th February 2025. I got mail from IBM that my actual joining date is 14th February but in offer letter its mentioned 19th.

Is this fine??

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
