Those who have interviewed before, I’m sure you get tons of good candidates who perform well, but I’m curious how you end up selecting that one candidate from the pool at the end of the day. Is it experience, interview performance, unspoken social elements that come into play to differentiate candidates?

I am currently going through an interview process and one of the seven interviews is with someone I may be managing if I get this job. I actually love this idea and I look forward to learning from him/her. Has anyone gone through a similar interview before? What kind of questions were you asked? I’m assuming it’s more of a meet and greet with a mix of leadership related questions.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...
