Take it.
A job in-hand is better than… sleeping homeless under a bush.
It’s an ad agency so it does ad agency things, but the thinking is FCB/IPG health are some of the safest things in the acquisition given how omnicoms health offerings are no where near what IPG is doing
Still remote even though it’s classified as hybrid, but don’t know what’s happening with that
Take the offer.
We are ok so far (I’m at an IPG) and fully remote. Take it
Take it. People on accounts are apparently safe.
I worked as a producer with the FCB Health Team a few years ago. they seemed great. a smart team.
IPG Health broadly is very stable. A likely outcome will be Dana (our CEO) taking over Omnicom’s health division post-acquisition and she’s very loyal to her people.
That said, corporate culture will likely change. RTO is a thing on people’s mind that we won’t know the outcome of but it’s a solid network.
We’ll find out soon. They don’t seem to have a CEO since he left moments after the acquisition was announced.
FCB probably has some of the best process but it has definitely gone down hill. at this point, a lot of agencies are doodoo so you just need to assess based on the people you met and the vibe you got. i doubt you will be laid off in the merger, they're mostly getting rid of lifers who aren't just robots that do whatever they say.
