How long to graduate? And do you expect a salary increase soon after getting the degree? Do you know how much the bump up in pay is? If the bump is good enough to get you back on track rather quickly then I say pay in cash. But now I'm also thinking make sure you have enough emergency fund if something happens during your studies (unemployment, medical, etc.)
2028 - salary bump would be 100k at the conservative end
other consideration is that you can refi as soon as you graduate/start your new job, so you are only at 8% for ~2 years hopefully and then go down closer to 5-6% probably where it’s less clear that cash vs financing is better
