Is there any interview after probation period?
I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

I went to Iceland in January a few years ago, and there is plenty to do, despite the lack of sunlight. I even went snorkeling in Silfra (between the tectonic plates) and while the water was cold, the air was much colder so water felt good!
I can't speak for what would be open during the Holidays, but if you're willing to wear multiple layers and endure the dark, long days, there's plenty to do and it's fun!
The water...
We did some orca snorkeling in Norway. That was a new level of cold that shocked my Ohio bones.
We also did a cold plunge...sauna was on the dock, then you jump into the 33°F Norwegian Sea. Made me feel 18 again, no soreness, joint pain or aches, and was mentally sharp the rest of the day. 10/10. Not only would I do that again, I'd do it everyday
It will average ~30°F and you’ll have about 4 hours of sunlight each day. Wouldn’t recommend it in the winter.
Iceland doesn’t get that cold in the winter - below freezing but not 30 below. Daylight will be an issue- correct on four hours
I love winter activities though! Cold doesn’t bother me
Norway is great. But looking for tips on Iceland.
Just for grins I looked up December 26 sunrise and sunset. Sunrise is 11:23 and sunset is 3:34…my experience in living/traveling to those sorts of places is the sunlight during those hours is much less as well, as the sun barely makes it over the horizon. On a sunny day it will look like an hour before sunset at noon if you’re lucky to get sun. On a cloudy day it will be dark. The temps wouldn’t bother me but if I were you I’d lean toward March.
Hi!
I live in Iceland and this is how it is:
depending on the weather it can indeed be a bit difficult to travel around the country. Depending on the weather, some roads can be closed.
However, if you´re planning to stay in Reykjavik and around that region - there´s always (!) something fun to do.
Things are not closed - there're lagoons, restaurants, bars, museums... they all work "regular" hours.
You can also go for day trips, such as Golden Circle and the South - bunch of agencies in Reykjavik organize all sorts of excursions.
Thank you!
